How I consistently lose over 10 kilograms per week!
It all started when I was 13.
I was a young boy.
Getting bullied all day.
Being called a Fatass 24/7!
Being punched in the face was a regular event.
Untill one day,
I was DONE WITH MY OVERWEIGHT ISSUE.
I started to workout. - Did not work.
I started to run atleast 5 miles everyday - Did not work.
WHAT DOES WORK?
I almost gave up. Until a friend of mine said that I needed to go on a diet.
Although I did not believe in all these diets.
I tried EVERY DIET but NONE of them WORKED.
How about I make my own diet?
I tried it, and it actually worked.
I STARTED LOSING WEIGHT!

First of all, You will not have to give up any sweets!
You can keep eating pancakes, french fries and even large McDonalds menu's!
AND KEEP LOSING WEIGHT!

These ingredients need to be eaten everyday.
Good thing, you find these ingredients in alot of different kinds of food and these are really cheap!
The only way this diet works is because of the mixture of these ingredients.
